People have ideas.

Some are correct; some not.

Correct means fitting or aligned with whatever is (conditions).

Correct ideas can be used to work with conditions and change them.

Incorrect ideas cannot.

Correct ideas are brought about by observation.

Incorrect ideas prevent observation.
